Husqvarna Group moves its head office to Hagastaden

Atrium Ljungberg has signed a lease contract with Husqvarna Group for a new head office. The contract covers approximately 2,500 m[2] in modern offices in the iconic property Mineralvattenfabriken in Hagastaden.

Atrium Ljungberg sells two properties in Sundbyberg

The property company Atrium Ljungberg signed an agreement today for the sale of the properties Sundbyberg Eken 6 and Sundbyberg Eken 14, Marabou’s former chocolate factory and head office. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 2,114 million and comprises approximately SEK 36,400 m[2] of letting area. The purchaser is Alecta Fastigheter.

Anna Jepson appointed as the new CFO of Atrium Ljungberg

Anna Jepson will assume the role of new CFO on December 1 2024. She joins the company from Besqab where she has been CFO.

Atrium Ljungberg rents out 10,000 m[2] in Hagastaden

Atrium Ljungberg has signed a lease contract with the Swedish Economic Crime Authority, which is moving to PV-palatset in Hagastaden. The contract covers a total of 10,000 m[2]. The once-industrial PV-palatset is currently undergoing extensive renovation, and the authority is planning to move in at the end of 2025.

Atrium Ljungberg conducts large letting to Svenska Spel in Slussen

Atrium Ljungberg has signed a contract with Svenska Spel, which will move its office to the iconic Glashuset in Slussen. The lease contract comprises more than 2,500 m[2], and Svenska Spel will move in during the first half of 2025.
