Atrium Ljungberg renting out close to 5,000 m[2] in the new Söderhallarna

Atrium Ljungberg has reached an agreement with Ramboll who are moving their Swedish head office to the new Söderhallarna. The contract covers 4,900 m[2]. The post-modern building in the centre of Medborgarplatsen is undergoing major renovation and Ramboll is expected to move in at the end of 2026.

Interim Report January – September 2024

We are delivering strong net lettings in the third quarter as well. We have completed several strategically important lettings, and thereby made two new investment decisions in Slakthusområdet. In April 2023, Moody’s confirmed Atrium Ljungberg’s rating at Baa2 but changed the outlook from stable to negative. Moody’s has now once again confirmed an unchanged rating, i.e., Baa2 with a negative outlook.

Over the past two years, Flower has expanded from 25 to 120 people, and it will continue to expand. The company is now moving its head office to Atrium Ljungberg’s property Glashuset in Slussen. The lease contract comprises approximately 2,500 m[2], and occupancy will take place in the autumn of 2024.

Universal Music Group finds a new home in Slakthusområdet

The iconic market halls of Slakthusområdet are being transformed into unique offices and premises. At the beginning of 2026, the transformation will be completed and Hus 49 Stora Marknadshallen will become the new home of Universal Music Group. The contract with Atrium Ljungberg covers approximately 3,800 m[2] and marks yet another milestone in the development of Stockholm’s new creative district.

Atrium Ljungberg conducts large letting to Menigo in Slakthusområdet

Atrium Ljungberg has signed a lease contract with Menigo in Hus 43 Gamla & Nya Magasinet in Slakthusområdet. The lease covers approximately 3,800 m[2], and the newly built premises will house not only the new head office but also Restaurangakademien (the Restaurant Academy). Occupancy will take place in 2027 after the new building is completed.
