Söderhallarna, Södermalm
26,100 sqm. Completed Q4 2026.
Söderhallarna was inaugurated in 1992 and has since housed offices, services and retail, primarily focused on food. We are now carrying out a refurbishment and extension to upgrade and further develop the entire property.
The new Söderhallarna will become a vibrant destination for food, meetings and ideas from morning to evening, with a food hall, restaurants, bars, rooftop terraces, cinema, retail and offices, in the creative heart of Södermalm.

Hus 48 Lilla Marknadshallen, Slakthusområdet
1,900 sqm. Completed Q4 2026.
Lilla Marknadshallen is one of the original buildings that still stands in Slakthusområdet. The building is now being carefully renovated to accommodate bright offices with an industrial character, adjacent to new green spaces in Fållan Park.

Hus 43 Gamla & Nya Magasinet, Slakthusområdet
9,000 sqm. Completed Q1 2027.
Hus 43 Gamla & Nya Magasinet combines an existing warehouse building from the 1920s with a new extension, forming a cohesive development that accommodates both small and larger companies. The property is located adjacent to a future metro entrance and the new large park planned for the area.

Hus 06 Stationen, Slakthusområdet
17,400 sqm. Completed Q2 2028.
At the northern entrance to Slakthusområdet, we are planning a block of approximately 20,000 sqm, including an entrance to the future metro, offices, services and food offerings.

University block, Slakthusområdet
27,200 sqm. Completed Q2 2030.
A new home for Stockholm University of the Arts and its approximately 500 students, as well as 250 employees and doctoral students. The premises will comprise around 200 rooms, including two large theatres, two cinemas, film studios and a circus hall with a ceiling height of 13 metres.

Ekeblad, Hagastaden
23,400 sqm. Completed Q3 2031.
Ericsson is relocating to Hagastaden, with the agreements covering three projects, the first of which is Ekeblad, comprising 23,000 sqm. Ekeblad will serve as an urban gateway and a key connection to Norra Stationsparken, featuring public meeting spaces, rooftop terraces, and architecture that opens up the campus to the surrounding district.
