Credit Rating

The credit rating is a key component of Atrium Ljungberg’s financial strategy and an important confirmation of the company’s creditworthiness and financial strength. Since 2017, Atrium Ljungberg has held a Baa2 credit rating from Moody’s, placing the company within the investment grade category and providing access to the capital markets on competitive terms.

Against the backdrop of a more challenging macroeconomic environment, characterised by rising interest rates, increased market volatility and uncertainty in the real estate sector, Moody’s revised the company’s outlook to negative in March 2023. This primarily reflected increased risks for the sector as a whole rather than company-specific factors.

On 2 September 2025, Moody’s revised the outlook back to stable. The decision reflects Atrium Ljungberg’s strong operational performance, combined with a solid financial position and balanced capital structure. Together, these factors demonstrate the company’s resilience in a changing market environment and its ability to maintain a strong credit profile over time.
