Atrium Ljungberg AB sells its Skotten 6 property in the City of Stockholm

The property company Atrium Ljungberg has today concluded an agreement for the sale of its Skotten 6 property, also known as Glashuset, on Drottninggatan in Stockholm. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 1,900 million and comprises approximately SEK 13,500 m[2]. The purchaser is Axfast AB.

The Swedish Chemicals Agency is moving into Atrium Ljungberg’s Chokladfabriken

Atrium Ljungberg has concluded an agreement with the Swedish Chemicals Agency for approximately 4,000 m[2] in the old chocolate factory, Chokladfabriken, in Sundbyberg. The agency will move into bespoke premises with a high sustainability profile at the end of 2023, right next to the iconic Marabou Park.

Atrium Ljungberg signs development agreements in Hagastaden, Stockholm

It was announced today that Atrium Ljungberg has signed five development agreements with the City of Stockholm. These agreements are for two tenant-owned dwellings that have a total of approximately 440 apartments (37 000 m[2] GFA) divided over four stages, and an office block measuring approximately 26,000 m[2] GFA above a shared garage in Hagastaden, Stockholm.

Interim Report January – June 2022

Strong net letting for the first half year but continued uncertainty in the world around us. Many property deals have been made at high levels in our subsidiary markets, which is reflected in our valuation. With stable property operations and project profits, we deliver a profit after tax of SEK 4.9 billion, says Annica Ånäs, CEO of Atrium Ljungberg.
