Interim Report January – September 2022

In challenging times, we need to be agile and adapt based on new conditions. In such times, it is gratifying that this quarter we continue to deliver a positive net letting, have a growth in earnings before changes in value of 33% and continued pace in the deal through two newly signed development agreements, says Annica Ånäs, CEO of Atrium Ljungberg.

Atrium Ljungberg signs development agreements in Hagastaden, Stockholm

It was announced today that Atrium Ljungberg has signed five development agreements with the City of Stockholm. These agreements are for two tenant-owned dwellings that have a total of approximately 440 apartments (37 000 m[2] GFA) divided over four stages, and an office block measuring approximately 26,000 m[2] GFA above a shared garage in Hagastaden, Stockholm.

Interim Report January – June 2022

Strong net letting for the first half year but continued uncertainty in the world around us. Many property deals have been made at high levels in our subsidiary markets, which is reflected in our valuation. Atrium Ljungberg makes an acquisition in Hagastaden

Atrium Ljungberg has signed an agreement to acquire the Blästern 15 property in Hagastaden, Stockholm. The building comprises 21,300 m[2] and was acquired at an underlying property value of SEK 2,345 million. This acquisition strengthens Atrium Ljungberg’s position as one of the largest property owners and city developers in the growing district of Hagastaden.

Atrium Ljungberg signs a lease contract for an upper-secondary school in Slakthusområdet

Atrium Ljungberg has signed a lease contract with SISAB, Skolfastigheter i Stockholm AB, for an upper-secondary school in Slakthusområdet. The school, which is planned to open ahead of the start of the school year in 2026, will house some 800 students and comprise just over 6,000 square metres of letting area.
