Good health and well-being
We contribute to the goal of Good health and well-being by creating safe, inclusive and healthy urban environments. Through high-quality indoor environments, green and vibrant places, and a strong focus on place activation, we promote comfort, safety and wellbeing in our areas. Equally important is the wellbeing of our employees, and we actively work with health, engagement and work-life balance.
Gender equality
We promote gender equality and equal opportunities across our entire organisation. Our ambition is to achieve a balanced gender distribution both in executive management and among employees, and we ensure fair working conditions through collective agreements for all. Through inclusive leadership and a focus on engagement, wellbeing and balance, we create a workplace where everyone can develop and thrive.
Clean water and sanitation
We actively work to reduce water consumption in our property management and promote sustainable water use. Our target is to reduce consumption by 20 per cent by 2030. Through efficient systems, innovation and responsible practices, we contribute to safeguarding a limited resource.
Affordable and clean energy
We contribute to Affordable and clean energy by reducing our energy consumption and increasing the share of renewable energy in our properties. Our target is to reduce energy use by 40 per cent by 2030. Through energy-efficient solutions, smart systems and renewable energy sources, we contribute to a more resource-efficient and climate-friendly property portfolio.
Decent work and economic growth
We work to promote sustainable growth and good working conditions throughout the value chain. The supplier chain is an important part of our sustainability work, and our target is that all new suppliers will have signed our Code of Conduct by 2030. Through responsible procurement and close collaboration, we contribute to fair conditions, sound business ethics and long-term sustainable development.
Sustainable cities and communities
We create Sustainable cities and communities where people thrive, meet and feel safe. In our construction projects, we actively work to minimise climate impact through smart material choices, energy-efficient solutions and circular processes. Through mixed-use districts, active ground floors, greenery and good accessibility, we contribute to vibrant, inclusive and resilient urban environments that are a positive force for both people and the environment.
Responsible consumption and production
We work towards responsible consumption and production by reducing the climate impact of both our construction projects and property management. Through structured processes, smart material choices and efficient resource management, we promote circular material use and minimise waste. Our ambition is for our buildings and areas to contribute to more resource-efficient and sustainable urban development.
Climate action
We take action to combat climate change by reducing our climate impact and adapting our operations to a changing climate. Our climate targets are science-based, with the ambition to achieve climate neutrality by 2030 and net zero emissions by 2040. In parallel, we work with climate risk mitigation to ensure resilient buildings and urban environments that can withstand future climate conditions.
Life on land
We work to preserve and strengthen biodiversity, both locally in our areas and throughout the value chain. Through systematic mapping of our impact, we can make informed decisions, promote greenery, ecosystem services and sustainable solutions that support nature, while making our areas attractive and vibrant for people.
Peace, justice and strong institutions
We promote safe, open and fair environments in all our areas and across our operations. Through transparent processes, dialogue with citizens and collaboration with partners, we support safety, the rule of law and participation. Our ambition is to create places and operations where people feel safe, included and able to have an influence.
