Record date for share split in Atrium Ljungberg

At the Annual General Meeting in Atrium Ljungberg AB (publ) (“Atrium Ljungberg” or the “Company”) held on 20 March 2025, a share split was resolved upon, whereby each share, regardless of series, is divided into five shares (share split). Further, the Annual General Meeting resolved to authorize the Board of Directors to decide on the record date for the share split. The Board of Directors of Atrium Ljungberg has today resolved that the record date for the share split shall be 10 April 2025.

Atrium Ljungberg presents the first two companies coming to Mälarterrassen

With the construction of Mälarterrassen in full swing, Atrium Ljungberg now presents the first two tenants – from a total of six – that will call this new landmark their home. Urban Italian Group, the restaurateurs behind Florentine and Basta, is developing a new concept that focuses on Spanish cuisine, while restaurateur Napolyon Sürer, who runs Boqueria and other well-known restaurants in Stockholm, is creating a destination that will be a hub for unique Swedish food and beverage experiences.

Go-ahead given for the Stockholm University of the Arts to Slakthusområdet

Just over a year ago, Atrium Ljungberg signed a rental agreement with Stockholm University of the Arts) in Slakthusområdet, conditional on the development agreement and detailed development plan. Recently, the detailed development plan came into force and Atrium Ljungberg signed a development agreement with the City of Stockholm. Thus, the university’s intended move to Slakthusområdet has become a reality. Construction is planned to start in the spring of 2026.
