Atrium Ljungberg invites investors, analysts and banks to a Capital Markets Day to present the major agreement with Ericsson, which will establish its Stockholm operations in Hagastaden, as well as the company’s strategy for urban development, long-term value creation and financial growth.

During the day, Atrium Ljungberg’s management will provide a comprehensive overview of the company’s strategic direction – from overarching goals and market conditions to how the strategy is executed through area development, project delivery and the company’s commercial offering. The significant agreement with Ericsson will also be presented, illustrating how the strategy is put into practice.

– Atrium Ljungberg have built value over a long period by developing urban environments in strong submarkets. At our Capital Markets Day, we want to demonstrate how our strategy, project portfolio and way of working drive growth in both cash flow and property value, says Annica Ånäs, CEO Atrium Ljungberg.
