The property portfolio – the foundation of our business

Our property portfolio consists of modern, high-quality and well-located properties, with a strong concentration in the Stockholm area, in locations with excellent public transport connections and strong long-term demand. Through active management and continuous development, the portfolio generates stable cash flows and provides a solid foundation for continued growth.

Project development driving long-term growth

Project development is a central part of Atrium Ljungberg’s business. With an extensive project portfolio and long experience of developing in connection with our existing holdings, we can work step by step, leverage established values and develop entire districts over time.

In this way, project development contributes to value creation both through project profits and by increasing the attractiveness and rental levels of the existing portfolio. A large share of development is concentrated to a number of strategically selected areas where the city is growing and infrastructure is being strengthened.

Our urban development is based on a holistic perspective, where properties, projects and places are developed in interaction. Project development for long-term value creation

Atrium Ljungberg’s business model is based on owning, managing and developing properties and urban districts in a responsible and sustainable way. This means that we take responsibility for the entire value chain. The company has a project portfolio corresponding to an investment volume of more than SEK 40 billion in land already owned or land allocations obtained. Our objective in the coming years is to invest up to SEK 3 billion annually, with a project return of at least 20 per cent.
