Financial model

Cash flow from our investment properties forms the foundation of our business. Together with value growth from project investments and our chosen level of financial risk, it provides the basis for dividends and returns to shareholders.

Given our earnings capacity and dividend policy, we have the ability to invest approximately 5 per cent of our size annually without significantly affecting our loan-to-value ratio. This currently corresponds to a net investment volume of around SEK 3 billion per year.

Atrium Ljungberg aims to maintain low financial risk. The selected risk metrics are the loan-to-value ratio and the interest coverage ratio. The net loan-to-value ratio must not exceed 45 per cent and the interest coverage ratio must not fall below 2.0.
