Our business model

We create value through net operating income from active property management and through project profits from our project development activities.

Property management

We develop and manage properties with a long-term ownership perspective. Our in-house property management organisation works closely with tenants to meet their needs in the best possible way, while remaining attentive to new business opportunities.

Cash flow from our investment properties forms the foundation of our business.

Project development

Our project development includes both new construction and the refurbishment and extension of properties in attractive locations in metropolitan regions, often in connection with our existing portfolio. Projects are managed by our own teams from concept to occupancy.

Project returns are expected to exceed the profitability of acquiring properties with an existing cash flow, thereby contributing to both growth in net operating income and value creation.

Financial model

Cash flow from our investment properties forms the foundation of our business. Together with value growth from project investments and our chosen level of financial risk, it provides the basis for dividends and returns to shareholders.
